Руководители организаций призывают музеи в знак памяти и скорби о погибших в теракте в Подмосковье объявить в учреждениях 24 марта в 12 минуту молчания.

Dear Colleagues,
Our country is shocked by a horrific act of violence that has claimed the lives of dozens of innocent people, among which are women and children. Terrorism is savage and barbaric. It cannot be justified by any political agenda. ICOM Russia, as a non governmental organization uniting museum staff and institutions of our country, as a sign of remembrance, sorrow and solidarity with all those affected by this tragedy, together with other museum associations, announces tomorrow, Sunday 24 March 2024, at 12.00 pm, a moment of silence in Russian museums all over the country: from the Baltic Sea to Kamchatka. We call on all museums to join our mourning action, expressing sympathy, protest and unity in rejection of terrorism
